Jumla Box assumes no legal or financial obligations resulting from direct dealings between the merchant and the customer, with each party solely responsible for their own commitments.

Merchant Obligations
Merchants must provide accurate and truthful information about their products or services (price, specifications, images, warranty if any). Merchants confirm that they have full legal authority to list and sell products on the platform. Merchants bear sole legal responsibility for any violations of applicable laws or infringement of third-party rights. The platform reserves the right to remove or suspend any content violating its policies or applicable laws.

Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate information during registration or when communicating with merchants. Customers are fully responsible for any financial or commercial agreements made directly with merchants. The platform is not responsible for payments, shipping, delivery, or product quality, as these are handled by direct agreement between the customer and the merchant.

Personal Data
The platform commits to maintaining the confidentiality of user data and not disclosing or sharing it with any third party except with user consent or if required by official authorities according to the law. Users have the right to request the deletion of their data from the platform at any time.

Permitted Use
Use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to suspend or block any account found to violate usage policies.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content (texts, images, trademarks) published by merchants is their full responsibility. Merchants guarantee that the content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. The platform reserves the right to use some content (such as product images) for promotional or marketing purposes related to its services.

Payments (For Paid Services)
If the platform provides paid services (subscriptions, advertisements, additional features), users commit to paying the fees on time. The platform is not responsible for any failures or delays caused by electronic payment service providers.

Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from transactions between merchants and customers. The platform makes every reasonable effort to protect user data and secure its systems; however, it is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from a security breach beyond its control that leads to loss or disclosure of user data. The platform’s responsibility is limited to providing the technological infrastructure enabling communication between parties.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.

Amendments
The platform reserves the right to modify or update the privacy policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website or app. Continued use of the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of these changes.
